Only the best shops can pass and earn this certification — and Faxon Garage is proud to be one of them. But what makes this certification so valuable for you as a customer?
Diamond Certified
The Diamond Certification is awarded by the nonprofit American Ratings Corporation. When an auto repair shop in Northern California applies, the organization spends weeks investigating to ensure the business meets its extremely high standards for customer satisfaction. Unlike review sites such as Yelp — where fake or unreliable reviews are common — Diamond Certified uses a much more thorough and trustworthy process.
The program conducts telephone surveys with 400 actual customers, chosen randomly by the certification organization (not the shop). These conversations give real, detailed feedback about customers’ experiences and ensure honesty that online reviews often lack.
Not All Get Certified
Beyond customer satisfaction, the Diamond Certification process includes verifying business credentials, insurance, and licenses. To qualify, a shop must score in the top 10% and earn at least 90% customer satisfaction. This ensures you’re working with a shop that not only delivers excellent service but also has everything in place to protect you.
